Redbull Soapbox Race and Mike

I applied for the Redbull Soapbox Race. I so hope I get in. On the right, a pic of a model of what I want to make. We'll see.
Now, on the left Mike, the Headless Chicken. He's real. He had his head cut off Sept. 10, 1945 and lived for 18 months. Fruita, Colorado has a Mike,the Headless Chicken Day in May which includes a 5k run like a headless chicken race. If not next year, the year after, I will go and I will race blindfolded. I will make a video. I promise.

It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.

What the heck?! I mean, I guess I shouldn't be too shock... or should I? Watch these 2 vids and you tell me. Hartford, Connecticut. New York. I don't what to say. Is it really that hard to see if someones ok? Call for help? Not ignore them? Crazy!

Speaking of crazy, here's Thoth.

Naturally 7 Show

INCREDIBLE!!! The show was so good. Each of them specialized in an instrument. Drums, bass, harmonica, rhythm guitar, ellectric guitar, trombone, and turntables. Completely acapella. They were tight. Two thumbs up! So recommend anyone to go! These videos don't do them justice! SEE THEM LIVE!!! You Won't Be Disapointed!

The Beginning

I hope this is the start of something. I figure it's about time I throw my life out there. I like to give a shout out to all: Yuk and Ash, Mitch Alisha and Audrie, Arrika and Steve, Emma and Ben, Justin, Mom and Dad (yes, even Dad. I had to show the pic from '75), Grannie on her 100th, Kate, Redneck, and Grant. Just to name a few. I have to shout out to Kaitlyn from America's Got Talent.

I'm off to Naturally 7 tonite. Should be good. Blog you later.

CXVI

let me not to the mariage of true minds
admit impediments. love is not love
which alters when it alteration finds,
or bends with the remover to remove:
o, no! it is an ever-fixed mark,
that looks on tempests and is never shaken;
it is the star to every wandering bark,
whose worths unknown, although his height be taken.
love's not time's fool, though rosy lips and cheeks
within his bending sickle's compass come;
love alters not with his brief hours and weeks,
but bears it out even to the edge of doom.
if this be error and upon me proved,
i never writ, nor no man ever loved.
